An AI academic workflow platform for students

Stuvo is built for students who want help understanding and organizing their coursework. Students create an account, paste or scan an assignment brief, and use Stuvo to decode the requirements, produce an editable first draft, and prepare deliverables they can review and finish themselves.

• Reads an assignment brief a student provides and explains its key concepts, requirements, and grading criteria.
• Generates editable draft answers the student can review, rewrite, and build on.
• Prepares deliverables — documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, and study plans — formatted for the task.
• Organizes and delivers that work into the apps a student connects, such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Calendar.
• Keeps everything editable so the student stays in control of the final submission.

When a student chooses to connect their Google account, Stuvo requests access to specific Google Workspace services for one reason only: to create the files and calendar events the student explicitly asks Stuvo to create. Each connection is optional and is granted through Google's own consent screen.

• Google Docs, Sheets & Slides — to create the document, spreadsheet, or presentation a student asks Stuvo to generate from their assignment.
• Google Drive — to place those newly created files into the student's own Drive so they can open and edit them.
• Google Calendar — to add study-plan or deadline events when a student asks Stuvo to build a roadmap.
• Basic profile (name/email) — to show which Google account is connected and label the connection in the app.

Everything Stuvo creates lives inside the student's own Google account and remains fully editable by them. A student can disconnect Google at any time from their Stuvo connections page or from their Google account settings.

• It does not read, scan, or index unrelated files in a student's Google Drive.
• It does not sell or rent personal data or Google user data to anyone.
• It does not use Google Workspace data for advertising.
• It does not use a student's content to train third-party AI models.
• It only acts on the specific files and events a student asks it to create.

Stuvo produces editable drafts and study materials to help students learn and organize their work. Students remain responsible for reviewing every draft and for following their own institution's academic integrity rules before submitting anything.
